With the rise of social media and body positive role models, we now have a new generation of women who aren’t ashamed to be “bigger”, and this website has been created to serve as a monument to these magnificent women. That isn’t to say women from other generations have been ignored, and many women who were at the forefront of the body positive movement, even before the rise of “influencers,” are also highlighted on the site.
We aim to provide factual biographies as well as measurements of our favorite larger women, be they Amazons, curvy models, SSBBWs or anything in between.
ABOUT AMELIA
I’m a co-founder of this site! Way back when I first got Instagram, I loved following and connecting with likeminded women who were both taller, and plus size. I even got some features of my content on some pretty big pages, and lots of unwanted attention, but that’s besides the point!
As I became more tired of social media, I wanted to have my own space to write about everything that was on my mind, and Her Size Revered was founded.
I love sharing my plus size and tall fashion finds and sharing fashion that fits is one of our key goals at Her Size Revered, as well as profiling amazing women who continually inspire me on my journey to self love.
