Natalia’s Fight Against Censorship
Unlike many who simply model, Natalia has been vocal about the censorship of plus size bodies on social media, which has helped her build a loyal, protective fan base since she began her influencer journey way back in 2015.
Censorship? – you may ask. When she speaks about this, Natalia is referencing the multiple times her Instagram accounts, some with hundreds of thousands of followers, were deactivated. She says this was actually a coordinated effort by “haters” who report her photos not because they violate rules, but because of the body type they portray.
She has argued that “skin” shown by a thin model is considered high fashion or “art,” while the same amount of skin shown by a woman with her silhouette is reported as “vulgar” or “inappropriate.”
In various interviews and posts following the loss of her original 150,000-follower account, she addressed the motives of those who report her content, linking fatphobia to a lack of acceptance of female confidence.
They cannot stand that I am sexy and confident. They call me fat and vulgar… I am indifferent to what people think of my body.

Speaking Out Against Regional Fatphobia
While Natalia shines as a global brand ambassador for plus size clothing lines and has hundreds of thousands of followers, she’s been very open about saying this wouldn’t be the case if her brand was just restricted to Spain.
She’s frequently pointed out that fatphobia manifests differently depending on the culture. She has noted that while the United States has a more established market and acceptance for SSBBW influencers or even just curvy models, her home country of Spain has been slower to adapt.
“My body is not a mistake, and my confidence is not a crime.”

Natalia Lozano’s Weight
My one critique would be I think it’s important for woman to normalize sharing weights, heights, measurements etcetera, and she doesn’t, but also, I get that she’s doing a lot for the movement in Spain, and in countries where being fat is less normalized, I definitely don’t blame her for not wanting to share that.
How much do we think Natalia Lozano weighs now?
While early features on Natalia listed her around 75kg or 165lbs, in recent years she’s moved toward a more voluptuous, BBW size.
Most estimates would put her at 230lbs, or 105kg. Learn more about how we estimate weights here, but on the eye test alone Natalia clearly carries more weight than popular plus size model Ellana Bryan’s weight, which we put at around 210. She is smaller than the larger mainstream plus size models we’ve studied (Erica Lauren’s weight is around 280) as well as bigger influencers (Megan Marie Powers’ weight is also in the 280+ range.)

Natalia’s recent weight gain may explain her warrior-like attitude to fatphobia, particularly close to home in Spain. She is unapologetic about her size and has found it easy to regain her followers after various de-platformings, which she attributes to fatphobic tropes.
Her content itself is characterized by high glamour, often involving luxury settings, professional lighting, and provocative styling that challenges traditional beauty standards.
