Part of Katie’s appeal is her ability to show her in real-life situations dwarfing regular-sized humans, and even celebrities, and she is a young woman who really seems to embrace her tremendous height.

TALL GIRL KATIE’S HEIGHT & OTHER MEASUREMENTS
Katie’s height is an interesting topic. Most notably, her height has been undersold by several mainstream publications, who wrongly listed her as 6 foot 7.
On her own social media posts, she has recently started referring to herself as 7 feet tall, but this is a slight exaggeration in the other direction too.
Based on Katie’s comparison photos with fellow tall Queen Ekaterina Lisina, it seems Katie’s true height is 6 foot 9 inches.
Lisina is listed as 6’9”, but it appears Katie has an inch on the tall Russian.
This is absolutely exceptional height, and, combined with her generally sassy attitude, shows why Katie is so popular.

TALL GIRL KATIE’S WEIGHT
We had a huge update in early 2026 from Katie herself about her weight!
She has said she weighs 120kg, or 264lbs! It is incredible, as a fan, to be able to put a number next to her magnificent size.
This is fairly normal for extremely tall women to be in higher weight classes. Take, for instance, Aly Stosz’s weight of over 350lbs.
