Here, we run through the logic behind our weight estimates that you’ll find when we’re profiling a woman but have to ‘estimate’ her weight. We believe weight is not a number to shy away from in this day and age, and proudly list, or estimate, weights of women where we can.

After all, this website is all about revering size!

HOW DO WE ESTIMATE WEIGHTS?

When we profile women who don’t share their weights, our weight predictor is based on a number of factors such as height of the woman and how bottom heavy they are (both factors contribute greatly to overall weight.) We also match the body type and measurements of the woman with data points from women who are a similar size and shape, who have disclosed their weights.

This gives us a reasonable *estimate* as to the rough weight of the woman in question.

WEIGHT DATA POINTS WE USE

Below, you are going to see examples of a wide variety of women with different body types, who have been brave enough to freely list their weights. This list will include women of athletic stature, BBWs, tall women, and everything in between. The more data points we have, the more accurate we can be in estimating weights.

When considering the rough range of a woman’s weight, we use the following examples of known weights of plus size women, as well as the below checkpoints:

  • Height
  • Lower body size

In our experience, women who are bottom heavy weigh considerably more due to the fact the thigh is the largest muscle/part of the body.

Height, obviously, is a key determining factor, as taller people will weigh more by default.

Below are the data points of women’s weights we have available to us.

WOMEN WHO ARE 5’7”

BBW Maela

Height: 5’7”
Heaviest Weight: 418lbs

Extremely bottom heavy, she also has a huge chest, and her abundance of weight on her thighs shows how much “big legs” can weigh. She likely weighs more than the next woman due to her also having a prodigious belly.

WOMEN WHO ARE 5’8”

Rosie Mercado

Height: 5’8”
Heaviest Weight: 400lbs
Recorded Weight: 340lbs

Evidence: This YouTube video where she literally weighs in at a gym (2 minutes in.) According to her, she once was over 400lbs. Before she sadly lost all of this, she had hips that measured 74 inches round.

400lbs 5'8

Despite being “slimmer” than most women here on top, this is the data point that proves just how much heavier bottom-heavy women can be.

WOMEN WHO ARE 5’9”

La’Tecia Thomas

Height: 5’9″
Heaviest Weight: 211lbs (95kg)

La’Tecia Thomas has been open about weighing as much as 95kg in the past. We delve into La’Tecia Thomas’ measurements in more detail in our profile on her.

WOMEN WHO ARE 5’10”

Mikayla Wain

Height: 5’10”
Heaviest Weight: 174kg/383lbs
Lightest Weight: 135kg/297lbs

Evidence: From her Instagram story

A clear example of how the overall height and ‘build’ of a woman can impact weight.

Susan Curry

Height: 5’10”
Lightest Weight: 286lbs

Evidence: From her old Model Mayhem profile

Susan lists her dress size as a 22 on her Model Mayhem stats. She is more top heavy, hence not cracking 300 despite being tall. Honestly, she is probably heavier these days as this was about 5 years ago and she looks noticeably bigger, but it is the only data point we have.

286lbs 5'10

WOMEN WHO ARE 6’3”

Mikayla Miles

Height: 6’3″
Weight: 220lbs

Mikayla, AKA Mile High Mikayla, was a former figure competitor who was weighed before meets. She has an incredibly toned, athletic body, which we profile in our feature on Mikayla Miles’ measurements, and shows that muscle mass can indeed weigh a lot.

Amazon Amanda

Height: 6’3”
Heaviest Weight: 400lbs
Usual Weight: 380lbs

Evidence: She competed in sumo for the USA and was weighed at a meet. Official record here. Read more about Amazon Amanda’s measurements in our dedicated tribute to the legend.

We are not living in a world where women are coy about their weights, and this is to be celebrated. Conversely, I’ve seen several internet forums and social media posts where regular ‘guys’ dispute that women can be this heavy. I can assure you, women, particularly those with big legs, often weigh more than what you think.
